Eggs are super filling, because they're packed with protein, essential Omega 3 fats, selenium and other vitamins and minerals, making them a nutritious snack to enjoy (in moderation) at any time of the day. Poaching is better than frying, because, as it's cooked in water, the egg retains less of the fat used in the cooking process.
