Along with being a regular contributor to Easy Living, journalist Esther Walker is also the author of hilarious foodie blog Recipe Rifle ("Getting recipes wrong so you don't have to" reads the strapline). When we asked - or rather, invited ourselves over - to Esther's home, which she shares with food critic and TV presenter husband Giles Coren, to interview her about all things foodie, she kindly talked Tabasco addiction, freckles and London's best dim sum while she flipped us the perfect pancake...
