Opinel Folding Knife

Originally sold as the working man's knife in 1897, they were released in a series numbered 1-12. Now a symbol of French culture and available in 11 different styles, numbered 2-13, they are household staple as well as a collectable item. It is said Picasso used an Opinel knife to carve his sculptures.
