Go, Flo-Jo!

Considered the "fastest woman of all time" (not to mention a nail art goddess and pre-cursor to J-Lo), Florence Griffith Joyner still holds the world record for the 100m and 200m races, after setting them at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul. Sadly, Joyner passed away in 1998 at the age of 38 from a seizure.
