Strawberry lemonade

  • Put the hulled strawberries, caster sugar and lemon juice into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Strain the fruit through a sieve into a large bowl, stirring well to dissolve the sugar.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bottle or storage container and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Dilute with still or sparkling water as required. Serve with ice, slices of lemon and a sprig of mint.
