- 4 large ciabattas
- 2 buffalo mozzarella balls, ripped into small pieces
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- 1 packet of rocket
- 10 slices of Parma ham
- Parmigiano-reggiano cheese shavings
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C, drizzled in olive oil.
- Cut the ciabatta lengthways and fill with all the other ingredients, however you see fit.
- Season the sandwich and drizzle with olive oil. Add a squeeze of honey for a sweet finish.
