Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce

  • Dice the tomatoes, discarding any of the seeds.
  • Place in a bowl with the chopped garlic, shredded basil and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Cook enough pasta for 4 people, drain and return it to the saucepan.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, season to taste and serve.
