Simple strawberry ice

  • Hull (ie remove the green stems from) the strawberries and halve them. Freeze them overnight.
  • Transfer the frozen fruit, caster sugar and lime juice into the bowl of a food processor. Allow the fruit to soften slightly, then process the mixture until it's smooth. Add a little extra lime juice if needed.
