Tomato salad

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the 4 garden tomatoes into quarters, and place them in a bowl with 1 chopped clove garlic and chopped fresh basil.
  • Stir in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
  • Let it sit for up to an hour, stirring occasionally - this will intensify the flavours.
