Bruschetta with tomatoes

  • Toast the bread and rub the slices with a crushed clove of garlic.
  • Combine the chopped plum tomatoes, torn basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season well, then spoon the tomatoes over each slice of bread and serve immediately.
