We can deliver a one-time, free re-clean session, should you have contacted us via email within the period of 48 hours after the cleaners had done the cleaning. The re-clean is organised on the first available slot we have, but only if it is convinient for you. In order for the re-clean to be organised: - The property should be empty of any personal belongings and still vacant on the day of the re-clean session. - There should be a person responsible for the final inspection who will confirm satisfaction of the service and outcome. - Confirmed and organised access to the premises. - Reasonable list of tasks and areas considered as missed. *Please note that 100% removal of grease, grime, mould, limescale, cigarette signs, fingerprints, spots, paint and stains is not guaranteed.
