End Of Tenancy Cleaning FAQ
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service is a non-hourly based service. The price is estimated depending on the size of the property in terms of rooms.
We do not clean the whole walls, however, we are able to pre-treat some small stains and spots with soapy water. If you would like the whole walls to be cleaned, we can offer you Professional Wall Cleaning Service at an additional cost.
In order to deliver an efficient cleaning service to a high standard, we do require access to hot water and electricity.
Please note that our guarantee is applied provided that the tenant, landlord or real estate agent informs us about any missed areas no longer than 48 hours after the cleaning team had left the premise. We can deliver a one-time, free re-clean session, should you have contacted us via email within the period of 48 hours after the cleaners had done the cleaning. The re-clean is organised on the first available slot we have, but only if it is convinient for you. In order for the re-clean to be organised: - The property should be empty of any personal belongings and still vacant on the day of the re-clean session. - There should be a person responsible for the final inspection who will confirm satisfaction of the service and outcome. - Confirmed and organised access to the premises. - Reasonable list of tasks and areas considered as missed. *Please note that 100% removal of grease, grime, mould, limescale, cigarette signs, fingerprints, spots, paint and stains is not guaranteed.
Our company offers a list of professional cleaning services but the jewel in our crown is the end of tenancy cleaning. It is a thorough clean, designed to cover every inch of a property, no matter how big or of what type.
Our end of tenancy cleaning service comes with a 48-guarantee which means that in case you are not fully satisfied with the outcome or there are any missed areas, you need to inform us no later than 48 hours after the cleaners had left the property.
In such case, we will send our housekeepers to do a free re-clean without charging you additionally. The service is guaranteed because customers’ satisfaction is our first priority.
